INVESTIGATION of MICROORGANISM CONTAMINATION POINTS in BEEKEEPING EQUIPMENTS WITH CLINICAL SIGNS of FOULBROOD in APIARIES

The goal of this study was to determine whether colonies with clinical signs foulbrood in apiaries and hive tools, smokers, gloves, feeders beekeeper's veils used the same were a reservoir source for microbial infections. For purpose, samples taken from collected 29 different Southern Marmara region Türkiye. brought laboratory under appropriate conditions, agent isolation identification performed. Different microorganisms isolated feeder, tool, beekeeper smoker, gloves suit each apiary. Bacteria hives tools equipment as species or mixture. As result, an intense presence detected suit, beekeeper’s by beekeepers, it determined that these materials beekeeping reservoirs.
